Over the past eight years in the media industry, I’ve grown from entry-level roles to senior positions, leading projects and teams across production and creative initiatives. This experience has given me a perspective that balances big-picture vision with the practicalities of execution, allowing me to guide processes smoothly while creating space for creative collaboration.
